Having worked with many demographics of career changers I truly believe that if exposed to the right stimuli, support, and training people can accomplish anything, and will often rise to the level of excellence set before them. It is their passion to explore career preparedness, self-exploration, and skill development via education (traditional or alternative) that is the gateway to empowerment, mobility, and most of all — choice!
I have worked with executives and high earners, to students just setting out, to folks with established work histories, and folks with nonconventional work backgrounds and employment barriers. One thing I have noticed across ALL of these demographics is career assessment and change can be difficult, but once you commit to the process and the goals you set for yourself- career confidence is possible!
